Attendance

Regular attendance and commitment are expected and encouraged to gain maximum benefit from music instruction.

Payment

Payments are made by direct debit (GoCardless)

The amount you will pay for lessons
will be based on the number of lessons per academic calendar year your child will receive (which is 44 weeks), with payments taken over 11 months, September to July, with a payment break in August.
The cost is £70 per month for a single 30 min-long lesson comprising of one-to-one teaching, progress reports, performance opportunities, and more. For two or more lessons a week, whether they are for the same child or siblings, there will be a £10 discount on the extra lessons.

Missed Lessons

Lessons cancelled by the student during term time are still payable. However, if there is availability, it may be possible to reschedule for another day during the week. This is not guaranteed.

Additional Fees

If you wish for your child to be entered for a music exam, then the fee will be specific to which grade your child is taking. You will be notified of the cost before exam entry. The materials/books your child will need are provided by us. However, the teacher will notify the child/parent if any additIonal books are required and the cost.

Please Note: There are no long-term commitments. Lessons may be discontinued at any time.

However, refunds will not be given for tuition that has already been paid.

Regarding Practice

Students are expected to implement home practice time as part of their daily routine. Recommended practice time is 20 – 30 minutes daily for beginner students. It is also essential for your child to have an instrument at home to practice on.
